Haneda is much closer to Ginza than Narita; the journey takes around 35 minutes and costs under 700 yen by the most efficient route.
Quick answer: Tokyo Monorail from Haneda to Hamamatsucho (18 min, 500 yen, JR Pass valid) then JR Yamanote Line to Shimbashi (3 min, 160 yen) then Ginza Line one stop to Ginza. Total around 30 to 35 minutes, approximately 700 yen. Excellent value.
Option 1: Monorail + Yamanote + Ginza Line (Best Value)

- Yamanote to Shimbashi: 3 minutes, around 160 yen
- Ginza Line to Ginza: 2 minutes, 180 yen
- Total: Around 30 to 35 minutes, approximately 700 yen
Option 2: Keikyu Line to Shimbashi + Ginza Line
- Keikyu Line from Haneda to Shimbashi: Around 20 minutes with a platform change, approximately 470 yen
- Ginza Lin,e one stop to Ginza: 2 minutes, 180 yen
- Total: Around 25 to 30 minutes, approximately 650 yen
Slightly faster than the Monorail route if the Keikyu timing works. Both options arrive at Shimbashi.
Option 3: Airport Limousine Bus
Direct buses from Haneda to the Ginza and Shimbashi area. Journey time is 25 to 45 minutes in normal traffic. Around 1,000 yen. Good for heavy luggage.
Option 4: Taxi
Around 5,000 to 8,000 yen and 20 to 35 minutes. Affordable enough for groups from Haneda, given the short distance.
