Planned Itinerary
Write a brief, realistic itinerary that covers the main places you plan to visit and the approximate dates. It does not need to be a day-by-day breakdown, but it should be consistent with your accommodation booking and flight itinerary. Keep it specific: ‘Seoul (days 1 to 5), Busan (days 6 to 8), Jeju (days 9 to 10)’ is clear and consistent.
Occupation and Employer Details
Complete this section fully. If employed: name of employer, address, phone number, your position, and start date. Students: name of institution, your course, and expected graduation date. Self-employed: name of your business, type of business, and address. Unemployed: state unemployed and describe how your trip is funded.
Financial Sponsor
If someone else is funding your trip (parent, spouse, employer), complete the financial sponsor section with their full name, relationship to you, their contact details, and the amount they are providing. Attach their bank statement and a signed sponsor letter.
Previous Visa Refusals
Disclose all previous visa refusals to any country, including Korea. Korean immigration checks this. A disclosed refusal with an explanation is far better than a discovered, undisclosed one, which constitutes misrepresentation and results in a permanent record.

List all previous visits to Korea with dates and visa types. Consistent prior travel with clean records (departing before visa expiry, no overstays) significantly strengthens the current application.

- Different spellings of your name: Your name must match exactly across all documents. If your passport shows a middle name, include it consistently everywhere or omit it everywhere.
- Inconsistent dates: Employment start dates, passport issue dates, and travel dates must all be internally consistent and match supporting documents.
